NameLattice helps people generate and check domain name ideas. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how to contact us about your information.

Information we collect

  • Email addresses used to create an account, sign in, receive verification codes, and manage billing.
  • Search settings, generated candidates, domain availability results, exports, and saved run history.
  • Quota and usage records, including rate-limit keys derived from request data to prevent abuse.
  • Session cookies and authentication records needed to keep you signed in.
  • Billing identifiers from Stripe, such as customer, subscription, invoice, and payment status records.
  • Operational logs used to debug errors, monitor service health, and protect the platform.

How we use information

  • Provide domain generation, availability checking, saved history, exports, and account features.
  • Send requested transactional email, including verification codes and account notices.
  • Apply quotas, enforce rate limits, detect misuse, and keep the service reliable.
  • Process subscriptions, plan changes, invoices, cancellations, and payment status through Stripe.
  • Improve product quality by reviewing aggregate usage patterns and operational errors.

Service providers

We use third-party providers to run the service, including hosting infrastructure, databases, cache/queue systems, email delivery, Stripe billing, domain availability data sources, registrar APIs, RDAP services, and zone-file data providers. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Saved run history is intended to expire after 30 days. Export files are intended to expire after 14 days. Domain availability cache records may be retained while they are useful for improving performance and reducing repeated provider checks. If you delete your account, we remove account data, sessions, saved runs, and results; a limited hashed audit marker may remain for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, payment dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Your choices

You can use guest search without creating an account, subject to guest limits. Account holders can delete their account from the account page. For privacy requests, contact [email protected].
